What a great workout this morning. I woke up early a drove down to Ruth Ann's Restaurant and then rode my bike to work. Once I got to work, I changed clothes and joined a few guys from the office and ran back to Ruth Ann's. I set my watch beep at 60% HRR so I didn't run too fast.
