Today’s workouts were dedicated in honor of Mary Anne King, breast cancer survivor and Thomas King, prostate cancer survivor.
This morning I dedicated my swim workout to Mary Anne King with a 3200 meter endurance swim. I had a great swim and was able to keep a pretty steady pace keeping every 500 meters at 9:20s.
At lunch I went for a 7 mile run dedicated to Thomas King. I turned it into a progressive run making each mile faster than the previous. I started at a 8 minute mile and finishing off with a 7:23 mile.
