Today’s workout was dedicated in honor of Diana Godwin and James R. Johnson.
Bike/Run brick workout today. 31 mile bike ride at a leisurely speed with a few repeats at race pace thrown in there. Once I returned to the office I quickly changed and off for a 2.5 mile run at a 7:50 average pace. Great workout and it was good to ride with Justin and Jerry again.
