Only 5 days left until race day.
Today’s workout was in memory of Eric Barefoot.
The scheduled called for an easy 15 mile bike ride this morning. I ended up doing 16 as I wasn’t paying attention to my distance on the way out. It was definitely at a conversational pace which made for some good riding. I was even able to get a co-worker to ride with me that hasn’t ridden in a long time.
