Today’s swim workout was in honor of Matt Dickinson and the run workout was in memory of David Thomas.
This morning I headed to the pool for a 2000 meter swim with the main set included 10 x 50 meter intervals. I kept long rests in between each interval. It was a great workout.
At lunch I headed out for a 5 mile run. I kept the pace slow and just enjoyed the run. The heat index was near 100 degrees.
