Thursday, August 11 Workouts

Thursday August 11, 2011

Today’s workout was dedicated in honor of Holly Cornell.

This was an easy bike workout.  I covered 23 miles at an easy pace of 16.1 mph.  It was good to get out there and take it easy and have some good conversations.

I was also concerned with a pain in the right knee from Wednesday’s workouts.  Not sure if it came from swimming or from running, but wanted to take it easy today.
